Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul

Yedi iOS uygulamasını ("Uygulama", "Yedi", "biz") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulama'yı kullanmayın.

2. Hizmetin kapsamı

Yedi; uyku hazırlığı, rahatlama, nefes, esneme ve odaklanma amaçlı sesli seanslar, ortam sesleri ve ilgili içerikler sunan bir sağlıklı yaşam uygulamasıdır.

Tıbbi tavsiye değildir: Yedi'deki içerikler yalnızca genel rahatlama ve iyi oluş amaçlıdır; tıbbi teşhis, tedavi veya terapi yerine geçmez. Uykusuzluk ya da başka bir sağlık sorununuz varsa bir sağlık uzmanına danışın. Seansları araç kullanırken veya dikkat gerektiren işler yaparken dinlemeyin; esneme hareketlerini bedeninizin sınırları içinde, kendinizi zorlamadan yapın.

3. Yedi Pro abonelikleri

7 dakikalık uyku hazırlığı, her kategoride bir başlangıç seansı ve üç ortam sesi ücretsizdir. Tüm kütüphane, otomatik yenilenen "Yedi Pro" aboneliğiyle açılır:

Yedi Pro Yıllık — yılda 39,99 USD; uygun yeni abonelere 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunulur.
Yedi Pro Aylık — ayda 9,99 USD.
Zaman zaman uygulama içinde indirimli yıllık planlar (ör. yılda 19,99 USD veya 15,99 USD) sunulabilir.

Fiyatlar ABD doları üzerinden verilmiştir; bulunduğunuz ülkeye göre değişebilir. Kesin tutar, satın alma onayından önce her zaman App Store'da yerel para biriminizle gösterilir.

Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla birlikte Apple hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan (Ayarlar → adınız → Abonelikler) dilediğiniz zaman yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
Ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.
İade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır: reportaproblem.apple.com

4. Kullanım lisansı

Size, Uygulama'yı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Uygulama içeriğini (sesler, anlatımlar, metinler, görseller) kopyalayamaz, dağıtamaz, yayımlayamaz, satamaz veya türev çalışmalarda kullanamazsınız; Uygulama'yı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutamazsınız.

5. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama ve içindeki tüm içerik (ses kayıtları, seans metinleri, tasarım, marka ve yazılım) Yedi'ye veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve ilgili yasalarla korunur.

6. Kullanılabilirlik ve değişiklikler

İçerik kütüphanesi zaman içinde değişebilir; seanslar eklenebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Bazı özellikler (ör. sesli anlatım üretimi) internet bağlantısı gerektirebilir. Uygulama'yı geliştirmek için özellikleri değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulama'nın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya netice kabilinden zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Zorunlu tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.

8. Fesih

Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde Uygulama'ya erişiminizi sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de Uygulama'yı dilediğiniz zaman silerek kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz; aktif abonelikler App Store üzerinden ayrıca iptal edilmelidir.

9. Koşullarda değişiklik

Bu koşullarda yapılacak değişiklikler bu sayfada, yürürlük tarihi güncellenerek yayımlanır. Değişiklik sonrasında Uygulama'yı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bulunduğunuz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır.

By downloading or using the Yedi iOS application ("the App", "Yedi", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The service

Yedi is a wellness application offering audio sessions, ambient soundscapes and related content for sleep wind-down, relaxation, breathing, stretching and focus.

Not medical advice: Content in Yedi is for general relaxation and well-being only; it is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or therapy. If you have insomnia or any health condition, consult a healthcare professional. Do not listen to sessions while driving or doing anything that requires attention; perform stretches within your body's comfortable limits.

3. Yedi Pro subscriptions

The 7-minute sleep wind-down, a starter session in every category and three soundscapes are free. The full library is unlocked with an auto-renewable "Yedi Pro" subscription:

Yedi Pro Annual — USD 39.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Yedi Pro Monthly — USD 9.99 per month.
Discounted annual plans (e.g., USD 19.99 or USD 15.99 per year) may be offered in the App from time to time.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may vary by country. The exact amount is always shown in your local currency in the App Store before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

4. License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, publish, sell or create derivative works from the App's content (audio, narrations, texts, artwork), and you may not reverse-engineer the App.

5. Intellectual property

The App and all of its content (audio recordings, session scripts, design, brand and software) belong to Yedi or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

6. Availability and changes

The content library may change over time; sessions may be added or removed. Some features (e.g., narration generation) may require an internet connection. We reserve the right to modify features to improve the App.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it; active subscriptions must additionally be cancelled through the App Store.

9. Changes to these terms

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
